Learn Codex in Codex.

Codex is OpenAI's AI agent. You learn it by using it, on real leader work. No videos, no theory.

Free course for executives

From the course manifesto

Most of what you have been told about AI is sold to your IT department. The part that actually changes how you lead is yours, and almost nobody is teaching it.

How it works.

You download a course folder and open it in Codex. The AI itself walks you through every lesson: it reads the material with you, sets the exercises, and adjusts to your pace.

By the end you run your own thinking, writing, analysis, and preparation through an AI agent, the same way I do every single day.

Open the folder

You start from a real Codex project, not a slide deck.

Learn inside the agent

Every lesson is taught by Codex itself, in plain conversation.

Practice on Borealis

Exercises run on Borealis Industrial Group, a fictional company, so nothing confidential is at risk.

What you need.

ABOUT SIX HOURS TOTAL

NO IT INVOLVEMENT

One real lesson.

This is how the course reads on your screen: the opening minutes of lesson 0.1, the agent and a leader.

YOU

I downloaded the folder and opened it in Codex. Now what?

CODEX

Welcome to Codex4Leaders. I can read the course files from here. Nothing to install, nothing to configure.

CODEX

Quick check before we start: ask me to list what is in this folder, in your own words.

YOU

Show me what is inside.

CODEX

You have a start-here guide, three module folders, and a manifesto. Lesson 0.1 is a short introduction, and I will walk you through all of it.

YOU

What if I ask something the lesson does not cover?

CODEX

Then we take the detour and come back. The lesson picks up where you left it. Ready for 0.1?

FIG. 002 · LESSON 0.1, AS TAUGHT

About this course.

I am Ivan Paudice. Twenty plus years across strategy, design, and technology, currently leading digital operations in a large aerospace organization, and finishing an Executive MBA.

After every module, classmates pulled me aside and asked the same question: can you show me how you actually use AI?

Not how their company should adopt AI. Not which vendor to pick. How to personally use it for the work that lands on a leader's desk: briefs, decisions, analysis, preparation, and follow-through.

The course is in alpha. The first cohort is small on purpose, and I approve every seat one by one, so I can watch where the lessons hold and where they crack.
